What is TapGo?

TapGo is an OTT streaming platform that provides consumers access to Live Sports, Live TV and On-Demand Series and Movies anytime, anywhere. It’s the app where you can watch the English Premier League, Formula 1, UFC, ATP and WTA Tours, WWE Raw, NXT and NXT UK, Badminton World Federation, Euroleague, B.League and the NBL live, as well as top news, reality and entertainment programs such as the Today Show, Chicago PD, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Love Island USA and many more.

The app is available on iOS and Android with a monthly subscription fee. You may also watch using your favorite web browser on your PC or Mac.

Do I need to pay to use TapGo?

Monthly subscription to TapGo is Php 199 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers when you purchase content using in-app payment methods. You may also redeem voucher codes and e-pins using our website,

A TapGo Gold subscription (Php 199/mo) gives you access to the Live TV channels (Tap EDGE + Tap TV) as well as live sporting events such as Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, WWE, Formula E, Billiards, Figure Skating, Volleyball, and Extreme Sports. You also gain access to the TV shows and movies.

TapGo Premium (Php 299/mo) gives you access to everything available on TapGo Gold as well as Boxing PPVs, the English Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.

TapGo Premium Plus (Php 599/mo) is the ultimate sports fan’s choice. Aside from all the sports properties mentioned above, you also gain an all-access pass to the UFC and Formula 1.

How do I keep track of my Purchase History?

You can check your Purchase History by clicking on My Account > Settings > Manage Subscriptions and view all the subscriptions you’ve purchased on TapGo.

What devices does TapGo support?

How can I change the video quality?

Our system automatically selects the best video quality based on your device and internet speed.

How do I get in touch with TapGo?

“No internet Connection. Please check your network” – I had received this error message while trying to view the content.

This might be due to the poor internet connection. Kindly note that the content will automatically get refreshed once connected to a stable internet connection.

Why am I getting a “you’re not entitled to view this content” error?

You’re seeing this error due to either of the following: 1. You are not subscribed to any of our packages or you’re trying to watch content while outside the Philippines or using foreign IP address (e.g. VPN)

Please make sure you have the latest version of our iOS and Android apps installed.

Please let me know how to select channels?

Kindly note that there are 2 channels on our platform– TAP EDGE and TAP TV. Both channels are available on the Live TV tab.

How many user profiles can we have per account?

We allow each subscriber to have 3 different user profiles.

How many concurrent users do you allow?

Only one user may stream at a time.

Do you allow offline viewing?

This feature is currently unavailable.

Can I watch with subtitles on?

While there is an option in every video to select subtitles, not all content have subtitles as of the moment

I missed the live stream of an event, can I still watch it after it has finished streaming?

Yes you may watch replays of live events up to 7 days after the event has finished.

I received a voucher code / e-pin from one of your partners, where can I use it?

You may visit our website and subscribe using the voucher code you received.

Can I use my Apple subscription on other non-Apple devices?

Yes you may! It doesn’t matter where you subscribe, iOS, Android, or web. You can enjoy your subscription on any device you own as long as you use the same TapGo account.
